Mulligan is a social worker moonlighting as a detective, or is it a detective moonlighting as a social worker? At heart, he's a hobo like his pappy. He then becomes a true hobo detective when he meets the mysterious Veronica who involves him in love, lost wills, land deals, and laundering governments with wondefully weird characters, rival motor cycle gangs and murder to round things off.

Mulligan travels to the Cayman Islands for a vacation. All his friends are there with new ones every day. Kelly, Bruno, Luigi, and of course Mr. Big. Quite a holiday until Mr. Big is charged with murder. Mulligan and all his friends plan to show who the real murderer is, until she escapes with the notorious MIA pirates. Side adventures to Negril for Scotland Yard and high sea chases round off the excitement. It's Mulligan at his best.

Swimming to India


 

The Mulligan trilogy continues. Mulligan and Ronnie are semi- retired, house sitting for a friend on the California coast. Desperate parents with a young man missing in India persuade Mulligan to travel to India to continue the search. Before he even arrives, he must save his Scotland Yard friend Peter from Kashmiri rebels. At last, he arrives at the holy city of Benares and finds his path and the path of his missing client. He ends up in the once idyllic Kulu valley where he finds out that not only is he involved with a missing person's case, he is also immersed with MI5's attempts to prevent a catastrophic world event.
